No pilots. Production from day one.
A pilot is a procrastination strategy with a budget. We design for production from the first week: real data, real integrations, real regulators. If it cannot go live, we do not build it.

Traceable, line by line.
Every decision our systems make can be traced to a rule, a threshold and a configuration. Black-box AI has no place in a regulated decision. Your auditor should be able to follow our work line by line.
